The New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH) will host its Annual Awards for Excellence & Innovation in Affordable Housing Development at The Yale Club in Manhattan on Nov. 7. In addition to honoring RuthAnne Visnauskas, Commissioner and CEO of New York State Homes and Community Renewal, as Advocate of the Year, NYSAFAH will recognize Susan Camerata, Wavecrest Management and John Crotty, J Cubed Residential: Milford Street Association Captive Insurance Company, as Innovator of the Year; Regan Development Corporation: MacKenzie Overlook in Lake Placid for Upstate Project of the Year; Mega Contracting Group, LLC and The Bridge, Inc.: Bridge Rockaway for Downstate Project of the Year; and People Inc. as Nonprofit of the Year.
