NYCHA has partnered with RDC Development — a professional partnership between MDG and Wavecrest Management — and Infinite Horizons to create and implement a comprehensive improvement plan for Bay View in Brooklyn under the PACT program. Planned improvements include site and building renovations, new property management, and a Social Service Plan to uplift youth, adult, senior, and community services at Bay View. The team will continue to work with residents to incorporate feedback and ideas on design and programming. We look forward to working alongside the community to create a better future for Bay View residents.
