NYCHA has partnered with MDG, Essence Development, and Wavecrest Management to create and implement a comprehensive improvement plan for Meltzer Tower in the Lower East Side under the PACT program. Planned improvements include site and building renovations, new property management, and a Social Service Plan to uplift community services at Meltzer while maintaining affordable rent and resident protections. The team will continue to work with residents to incorporate feedback and ideas on design and programming. We look forward to working alongside the community to create a better future for Meltzer residents.
