The successful Section 8 Resident Coordinator must be organized, team player, computer literate, able to work in a fast-pace environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills and be highly motivated to assist low-income households.

Wavecrest Management's HUD Leasing & Occupancy Department is searching for a diligent and professional HUD Compliance Specialist with experience in HUD Project-Based Section 8 and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects to join our growing and dynamic team. The HUD Department is Wavecrest's second largest rental department overseeing the leasing and occupancy for over 6,500 units across the five boroughs, Nassau, and Westchester counties.
Wavecrest Management's Accounting Department is currently seeking a full time Accounts Payable Clerk. Qualified applicant should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, ability to multitask and be adaptive to special projects. Solid computer skills required, college degree, preferably BA in Accounting or Finance preferred and knowledge of Yardi Voyager a plus. Candidate must be self-motivated, well organized, and have the ability to work as a team player in an office environment.
