Susan L. Camerata is a Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Wavecrest Management. She supervises the accounting, legal, and administrative departments, meets with government officials and agencies, manages client engagement, and drives new business. Susan has spent her career with Wavecrest, with 35 years at the helm.

With Susan’s background in accounting, she understands that the bottom line of the business requires efficient management and strong corporate governance. As a manager responsible for the homes of low-income residents, she takes the job personally.

A leader in the family-owned business, Susan’s passion for improving the lives of residents is evident in the personal involvement she takes in Wavecrest properties and communities. She actively participates on community boards, develops strong individual relationships with residents, and personally liaises with community organization and social service partners to tailor programs and resources to the unique needs of the residents.

Susan has used her company and platform to maximize Wavecrest’s community engagement, providing job opportunities, developing new initiatives for personal development and education for both residents and staff, and ensuring stable living conditions for low-income community members. Susan prides herself on being a part of an organization that can make a real difference in the lives of others.
