Wavecrest Management actively participates in pre-development planning to best prepare for a smooth project partnership. We review development plans and documents before finalization to ensure the needs of clients and residents are anticipated and sufficiently met, and that each project is optimized for accuracy and efficiency. This often includes reviewing operating costs, assisting with design decisions, and working with government agencies on marketing goals.
