The Eastchester Gardens Resident Association has selected RDC Development and Infinite Horizons as PACT Project Partners to rehabilitate Eastchester Gardens. Together, the team aims to forge genuine partnerships and make comprehensive improvements to the homes and community at Eastchester.
NYCHA has partnered with RDC Development and Infinite Horizons to create and implement a comprehensive improvement plan for Eastchester Gardens in the Bronx under the PACT program. Planned improvements include site and building renovations, new property management, and a Social Service Plan to uplift youth, adult, senior, and community services at Eastchester. The team will continue to work with residents to incorporate feedback and ideas on design and programming. We look forward to working alongside the community to create a better future for Eastchester residents.
