Toy Drives Bright Holidays for Struggling Families

NYCHA’s Bay View Houses in Canarsie got their special Toy Drive treat thanks to
collaboration with the Bay View Residents Association and the Bay View PACT Partner
Team. The event transformed the community center at the affordable housing complex
into a winter wonderland, where hundreds of children received holiday gifts, took photos
with Santa and enjoyed cookies and hot chocolate. Also part of this outreach were RDC
Development, a joint venture between MDG Design & Construction and Wavecrest
Management.
