AFFORDABLE APARTMENTS NOW AVAILABLE

We encourage those seeking affordable housing opportunities to visit nyc.gov/HousingConnect to create an account & stay abreast new developments for which they may be eligible.

We are pleased to announce that applications are being accepted for a limited number of affordable housing rental apartments available within many of our low- and mid-income developments located in the New York City area.

These affordable housing developments received financing through the the Low-Income Affordable Marketplace Program (LAMP) of the New York City Housing Development Corp (HDC), the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program of New York State Homes & Community Renewal (HCR), the Low Income Rental Program (LIRP) of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and/or Middle-Income New Hop Program.

Most buildings have on-site laundromats, community rooms, landscaped courtyards and spacious units with hardwood floors.
