Tanya Perez is the Human Resources (HR) Manager at Wavecrest Management. In her role, she manages all functions of the HR department, including hiring and interviewing potential candidates; administering pay, benefits, and leave; enforcing company policies and practices; ensuring Wavecrest meets all required reporting compliances; and leading and navigating employee relations. Tanya has been working in the property management industry for 10 years and understands the importance of collaborating with team members to increase effective communication and efficiency throughout the company. Furthermore, she actively assesses current policies and procedures to identify areas of improvement and constantly seeks out new trends that are well-suited for Wavecrest.
Prior to joining Wavecrest, Tanya spent over 5 years at The Douglaston Companies, a group of three companies who own, build, and manage properties.
