Robert G. Spitz is a Senior Property Manager who has been with Wavecrest Management for 10 years. Robert manages 1,800 units in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan overseeing a staff of three managers and 38 on-site employees. As the company grows, Robert streamlines communication with the leasing department and building owners, smoothly managing a large portfolio of new construction buildings.
Robert came to Wavecrest with 24 years of management experience as Director of Operations for the Coca-Cola Company. Transitioning from the beverage to housing industry, Robert brought exceptional operations, management, and customer service skills to Wavecrest.
