Paul A. Martinez is a Senior Property Manager for Wavecrest Management, managing the upkeep and all operations of over 50 properties. The Property Management team coordinates capital improvement and preventative maintenance projects, negotiates supply and service pricing, and works with office and field personnel to ensure the maintenance of all properties. As a property manager, Paul is in constant communication with residents and works across all departments within Wavecrest to ensure all building operations are running smoothly.
Prior to Wavecrest, Paul worked at Sebco Management as a bookkeeper and later as a property manager responsible for 20 buildings. In 1997, Paul joined Wavecrest as a Property Manager and was later promoted to Senior Property Manager. With almost 30 years of industry experience, Paul is dedicated to taking care of his clients, providing reliable and proactive management of his residents’ homes. Â
