Michelle Rico serves as the Controller for the Accounting Department at Wavecrest Management. She is responsible for overseeing the financial health of Wavecrest’s over 23,000 units. In her role, Michelle works with tenants, building owners, investors, mortgagees, and developers to ensure all buildings have met their financial obligations and coordinates with all department managers at Wavecrest to provide timely solutions for her clients’ needs. With a keen eye for efficient and accountable processes, Michelle analyzes financial statements to ensure positive cash flow.
With over 12 years of industry experience, Michelle joined Wavecrest in 2011, and is driven and dedicated to helping her clients find solutions in a timely manner.
