Michael Gazal serves as the Legal Manager for Wavecrest Management where he leads the in-house legal department, manages legal proceedings, and monitors rental payments on all properties.
With over 35 years of industry experience, Michael uses his legal background and industry contacts to assist residents having difficulty with rent payments whenever possible by providing referrals to the appropriate rental assistance organizations in order to help residents afford rent and remain in their homes. With Wavecrest since 1991, Michael has developed positive relationships with various homeless and charitable organizations to gain much needed assistance for his clients. Through a tactful, communications-based approach, Michael strives for both expeditious rent collection for Wavecrest and accessible rent payments for residents.
