Marc Alper is the Chief Investment Office at Wavecrest, where he handles acquisitions for Wavecrest Equities. In this role, he works closely with the executive management team to find buildings that may benefit Wavecrest’s portfolio, analyzes potential property set-ups, determines the financial implications, and leads strategy for making an offer.
Marc has been working in the industry for over 30 years, during which he has negotiated over $500 million in sales transactions. Through his industry knowledge, Marc has developed strong relationships with local brokers and positioned Wavecrest as leading buyer so that listings are sent directly to the team as soon as there is a property that fits Wavecrest’s criteria.
Prior to joining Wavecrest in March 2019, Marc was a training manager of new sales people and managed a sales team at two separate firms in New York, and also worked as an active Real Estate Broker in the tri-state area.
