Lorcan Malone serves as Vice President at Wavecrest Management and Head of Asset Management, where he oversees the financials of multiple portfolios and assists clients in maximizing the value of their assets. Seeking to elevate Wavecrest’s client experience, Lorcan founded the Asset Management Department to provide clients with a direct line of communication to a single person who could answer questions, solve problems, and meet and exceed expectations. Lorcan works across Wavecrest’s many departments, specifically with property accountants, property managers, and bookkeepers, to directly and efficiently answer client questions and provide the most accurate and timely information about their real estate portfolios.
Lorcan began at Wavecrest in 2013 as a Property Accountant before being promoted to his current role. Prior to joining Wavecrest, Lorcan worked as a Tax Accountant for Ernst & Young.
