Kendra Fidelis is the Director of Operations for Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) Developments at Wavecrest Management. With nearly two decades of experience, Kendra is a dedicated and hands-on real estate professional committed to improving the lives of residents. In her role, she coordinates day-to-day operations and management across Wavecrest’s more than 4,000 PACT units, develops and implements policies and procedures to support company objectives, ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, and oversees a variety of administrative areas, including lease agreements, legal matters, arrears, tax credit, and Section 8 recertification. Kendra also supervises and trains staff on comprehensive maintenance protocols to raise Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) scores, conducts in-person PACT site visits to assess operational efficiency, and attends meetings with site staff, PACT partners, and the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA).
Prior to her position at Wavecrest, she was the Director of Property Management at Novel Property Ventures and Director of Administration at Chestnut Holdings, where she oversaw and directed approximately 10,000 residential units in the NYC area. She is also certified in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).
Kendra’s role is vital to upholding Wavecrest’s high standards for quality, safety, client satisfaction, and customer service, centering these values in daily operations. She supports team members in resolving operational issues – from maintenance challenges and tenant disputes to regulatory compliance and risk management.
