Jay Yablonsky is a Senior Property Manager at Wavecrest Management. As Senior Property Manager, Jay ensures the efficient and effective management of all properties in his portfolio. Responsible for both the physical and financial upkeep of Wavecrest’s properties, Jay coordinates capital improvements and preventative maintenance projects to ensure all building operations are running smoothly.
Jay has over 30 years of experience in real estate and construction management. Prior to joining Wavecrest in 2001, Jay was a principal of his own full service real estate management firm, where he gained extensive experience in cooperative and condominium conversions and refinancing.
