Daniel A. Marcus serves as the Senior Compliance Manager for Wavecrest Management where he oversees the company’s compliance requirements and affordable re-rentals. This includes filing reviews with agencies and investors, fulfilling reporting and recertification requirements, and ensuring all affordable vacant units are re-rented in a timely manner.
Daniel works closely with a number of departments, including the Maintenance Department to streamline the process for unit inspections and repairs, the Legal and Accounting Departments to ensure a collaborative and timely completion of all compliance duties, as well as all property managers to ensure apartments are prepared for the next eligible resident.
With 12 years of industry experience and a lead by example approach, Daniel inspires his team to work hard and with dedication. Under his leadership, the Re-Rental team has kept Wavecrest’s vacancy rate lower than 1% for three consecutive years.
