Christina Pimentel serves as Maintenance Manager at Wavecrest Management, one of the most impactful roles within the organization for resident satisfaction. Christina manages repair and maintenance requests, ensuring all requests are promptly responded to and completed. The Maintenance Department provides support to Wavecrest’s over 30 property managers who ensure the exceptional upkeep of all Wavecrest properties. Christina liaises between residents, property managers, and vendors, while communicating updates and timelines with residents.
Christina has over 15 years of experience working in the affordable housing industry. She joined Wavecrest in 2004 after serving as a paralegal at Gaynier Associates, PLLC, a law firm that specializes in landlord-tenant cases. In Christina’s tenure in the Maintenance Department, the team has quadrupled in size and designed a more effective work order system that has lightened the burden on building managers while improving overall processes and communication.
