Christina Harsch is the Director of Leasing and Compliance at Wavecrest Management, where she oversees the rent-up and long-term compliance of affordable apartments including LIHTC, HOME, and 421(a) units.
As the head of the Leasing and Compliance department, Christina manages the supervisors of the compliance, leasing, and rental departments. In her role, she facilitates interdepartmental projects, directing workflow and problem-solving across departments when necessary.
Christina began at Wavecrest in 2006 overseeing 500 units. Now, Christina manages over 14,000 units with an unwavering commitment to providing safe, affordable housing to individuals and families in need. With over 25 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, she has personally conducted over 60 housing lotteries and has given seminars to applicants and other agents on how to navigate the system. Christina’s vast knowledge of the rules and regulations regarding Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HOME compliance, rent regulations, and Section 8 is an invaluable asset to Wavecrest.
